My faith in malls’ restaurants is now restored.
I used to think that food in malls are very boring and I would avoid hanging out in malls as much as possible. Of course there are interesting Japanese or Korean food to try in malls, but there aren’t many more others to try.
That was until I received a brunch invitation from Bakerzin to a bloggers brunch gathering. Although I was very much tired and sleepless lately, I was curious and eager to try on Bakerzin’s many delicious desserts.
Once I arrived at Senayan City and walked down to LG floor, Bakerzin was easily spotted on a corner nearby the ATM Center. Upon first sight, the interiors caught my eye with its modern and sophisticated touch. Sitting down in Bakerzin gave me a sense of calm in an overcrowded shopping mall.
Soon enough, my table was filled by other bloggers. As we got to know each other, I was impatient to try on my choice of food, a Tuna Melt and a Chicken Karage for appetizers. Once my food came, I totally almost forgot to take photos of them!
Although known for its sweet foods, Bakerzin serves many variety of savory main courses such as Fried Rice and Linguini. I believe you would find what you are craving for in Bakerzin. They pretty much have everything on the menu.
These savory food were delicious and tasty! I couldn’t keep my fingers off of the Chicken Karage. As the food kept on coming, I soon realized that Bakerzin also takes great pride in their dessert choices. Honestly, if I had known that Bakerzin is a dessert cafe earlier, I would have chosen their delicious desserts. Here are some of the desserts we get to try on that brunch. Looking at these photos makes me want to come back for more!
Are you now craving for some sweets? No worries, simply hop on to Senayan City or any of the other 7 Bakerzin stores all over Jakarta! They have reasonable prices with extraordinary taste. Bakerzin is definitely a must visit restaurant every time you find yourself in a mall.
